SUZUVERSE follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

SuzuWalk integrates with Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Google Health Connect (Android) to power its step-counting features. We only read the following data, and only after you grant permission through your device's system prompt:
- Step count: total steps walked or run.
- Distance: distance travelled while walking or running.
- Physical activity (iOS: Motion & Fitness; Android: Physical activity permission): movement detection for accurate step counting.
We do not access any other health data, such as heart rate, sleep, biometric data, clinical records or reproductive health data.
How we protect your health data:
- We use it only to display your steps, distance, progress and history in the App.
- We do not use it for advertising, marketing, profiling or data mining.
- We do not sell, rent or share it with any third party, including advertising partners and analytics providers.
- We do not write any data into Apple Health or Health Connect, and we do not store health data in iCloud.
- It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely on our servers with restricted access.
- You can stop access at any time in the App or in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Health; Android: Settings > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Health Connect).
