How to delete my account?

You can delete (deactivate) your SUZUVERSE account at any time from SUZUVERSE AMS. Please read the information below before you continue.
Before you delete your account
Deleting your account will revoke access to your AMS balance, assets and active services. In addition:
• Active mining subscriptions will be deactivated.
• You will be logged out of all active sessions immediately.
• Account recovery can only be processed through a Support request.

We recommend withdrawing any available SGT and SOT to your connected wallet before deleting your account.
Delete your account
Step 1: Sign in to SUZUVERSE AMS
Go to SUZUVERSE AMS, enter your email address and password, then click Sign in.
Step 2: Open your profile
Click your profile icon at the top right of the page.
Step 3: Open My account
On the Account page, click My account.
Step 4: Click Delete account
Below your account information, click Delete account.
Step 5: Confirm the deletion
Read the important points carefully, tick I understand the consequences and want to delete/deactivate my account, then click Delete account.
Your account is now deactivated, and you will be logged out of all devices.
Note: If you change your mind or deleted your account by mistake, please contact our Support team to request account recovery.
