How to connect SuzuWalk with your health app?

SUZUVERSE

Last Update hace 10 días

SuzuWalk uses Health Connect to read your step count and walking distance, so it can track your progress toward your daily walking goal. Follow the steps below to connect the app.

Step 1: Sign in to SuzuWalk

Open the SuzuWalk app, enter the email address and password for your account, then tap Log in.
Step 2: Review how your data is used
After signing in, you will see the Connect your walking data screen. It explains that SuzuWalk only reads your steps and distance, uses this data solely to track your walking goal, and never shares it with third parties. Tap Continue to proceed.
Step 3: Grant access in Health Connect
Health Connect will ask whether SuzuWalk can read your fitness data. Turn on Allow all (or turn on both Distance and Steps), then tap Allow.
Step 4: Start tracking your progress
You're all set. You will be taken to the SuzuWalk home screen, where your steps and distance are displayed. Tap Sync now at any time to update to your latest data.
Connect via SUZUVERSE AMS
You can also start the connection from your SUZUVERSE AMS account. The health data is still read through the SuzuWalk app on your phone, so make sure you have your phone with you before you begin.
Step 1: Sign in to SUZUVERSE AMS
Go to SUZUVERSE AMS, enter your email address and password, then click Sign in.
Step 2: Open Walk & Earn
Open the menu and select Walk & Earn.
Step 3: Manage your health connection
On the Walk & Earn page, click Manage health connection.
Step 4: Choose your health source
In the Current connection section, find the health app you use (Apple Health, Google Health Connect or Samsung Health) and click Connect.
Step 5: Confirm the selected source
Check that the correct health source is shown. Your data will flow from your health app to SuzuWalk, then to SUZUVERSE. Click Continue.
Step 6: Continue on your phone
Click Open SuzuWalk App to open the app on your phone, or install it if you have not done so yet. Once SuzuWalk is on your phone, click I have SuzuWalk on my phone.
Step 7: Approve activity access on your phone
SuzuWalk will ask your health app for read access to your steps, distance and sync time only. Medical records, contacts, photos and your health-app password are never requested. After approving on your phone, click I approved on my phone.
Step 8: Connection complete
Your health data is now connected, and your daily steps and distance will sync automatically through SuzuWalk. The first import may take a few minutes. Click View daily progress to see your progress.
Note: You can review or revoke SuzuWalk’s access at any time in Settings > Manage permissions in the device.
